What should I do if Xiaomi Smart Band 8 cannot move on the dial interface and the touch control fails ?
Please follow the steps below:
- If the band is not paired , please leave the band for 30 minutes. After the band automatically turns off, use the charger to reactivate the band.
- If the band has been paired, please Unpair the band from the Mi Fitness App, wait for the band to automatically restart, and then pair it again.
