It may be because the network environment where the phone/watch is located at that time is not good, the watch supports VoLTE, after turning on VoLTE, the watch call will prioritize the use of 4G network, the user can decide whether to turn on VoLTE or not according to the network environment where they are located.
Maybe the watch got water, liquid blocked the microphone hole or speaker hole, or there are other objects blocking the microphone hole or speaker hole; if the watch got water, please wipe the microphone hole or speaker hole of the watch and then use it again (if the water inside the hole can't be wiped off, you can wait for the natural evaporation before using it again), if there are other objects blocking the microphone hole or speaker hole, please remove them and then use it again.
