There may be several reasons why you cannot make a call to your watch:
If you can't make a call to your watch, please do the following to confirm:
1. If you open Call whitelist in the app and the cell phone number you dialed has not been added to your family members; please add it to your family members or close the Call whitelist function;
2. Please make sure the cell phone number you entered is the correct number;
3. The newly added cell phone number has not been synchronized to the watch address book; please check whether the watch is connected to the Internet and whether the contact has been added to the watch;
4. The network signal of the environment where the watch is located is relatively poor; please try again in a different environment;
5. The SIM card installed in the watch may be in arrears and out of service;
6. Please make sure that the Nano-SIM card you purchased is the one with voice and data traffic function, not the IoT SIM card which only contains pure data traffic.
