1. Cause Analysis
①Due to the particularity of the earbuds, the electromagnetic waves in your area may interfere with the Bluetooth connection, resulting in a silent situation. When the A2DP code stream is large, the anti-interference ability is poor, and the surrounding environment is poor, there will be such problems.
②Please check the volume setting of the mobile phone, whether the volume of the mobile phone is not turned on, and it is in a mute state.
③ The mobile phone is far away from the earbuds, exceeding the effective transmission distance (10m), or there is an obstacle between the earbuds and the mobile phone.
④ When the mobile phone is connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time, the sound is emitted from the second device, and the first connected device has no sound.
2. Solutions
① Please confirm whether your earbuds are in an environment with strong interference, and keep them away from objects with large electromagnetic interference such as microwave ovens.
② Unmute the phone on the phone, and try increase the volume to see whether the sound is normal.
③ Use the phone and the earbuds together, or reconnect.
④ Disconnect, put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case cover for 30 seconds, then open the charging case cover to reconnect to the phone or disconnect the phone from another Bluetooth device.
⑤If none of the above work, please try to restore the factory settings: put the dual earbuds into the charging case and open the case cover, take the earbuds from the charging case, click the function key for 5 times and put earbuds into the charging case, the indicator light will flash white, and the factory reset is completed.
