The earbuds may not be able to be charged or the charging may be unstable due to long-term unused storage, poor contact between the earbuds and the charging case (dirty contacts) and other reasons. Please follow the following methods to troubleshoot.
1. Charge the earbuds for at least 30 minutes to ensure activation.
2. Check whether the charging contacts of the earbuds are dirty, collapsed or damaged, and clean up the dirt in time to ensure that the charging contacts and the charging case are in good contact.
Note: Put the earbuds in and out of the case 3 times, if the contact is normal, the LED light will be on for 3 seconds when the earbuds are in the case.
3. Put both earbuds into the charging case, keep the cover open, then connect with your mobile phone, and check whether there is a lightning symbol on the green icon of the battery level in the MIUI pop-up window:
①If there is no lightning logo, please apply for after-sales service.
②Check whether the charging case has power. If the charging case has no power, charge the charging case and then charge the earbuds, and try to turn on the earbuds after charging the earbuds.
