Please check according to the following methods:
1. Replace the charging cable and the charger and try to see if it can be charged. If it can be charged after the replacement, it may be that the charging cable or the charger is faulty;
2. Use the charging cable and charger to charge other devices, and verify whether the charging cable and charger are normal. If you charge other devices normally, please charge the charging case for half an hour and then observe it. If it still cannot be charged, please apply for after-sales inspection.
Note: It may also be that the charger is not compatible.
