After the earbuds is connected to the mobile phone, what should I do if a single earbud is silent?

1. Cause Analysis
①The unilateral earphone is in poor contact, resulting in only the unilateral earbuds being paired;
②The unilateral headset may be powered off at low power;
③ Whether there is dirt in the earbuds earplugs blocking the speaker;
④Whether the earbuds get into water or sweat, which leads to short-circuit crash.
2. Solutions
①Please put the earbuds back into the charging case, confirm that the indicator light on the charging case will be on when it is put in the charging case, and then re-pair the Bluetooth;
②If the battery is low, after confirming that the earbud is in good contact, put it in the charging case to charge for 10 minutes, and pair it with Bluetooth again;
③Check and clean up the dirt on the earbuds of the headset;
④Reset the earbuds. Put the earbuds back into the charging case, open the charging case, take the earbuds from the charging case, click the function key for 5 times and put the earbuds into the charging case, the indicator light of the charging case will flash white, you can clear the pairing record, and then perform the pairing operation again;
⑤ Apply for after-sales testing.
