Why is there a failure to add the fingerprint or fingerprint unlock is insensitive on the POCO F6 Pro?
Please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Ensure that your fingers and the surface of the phone are clean when using the fingerprint unlock feature. Any dirt, oil, or moisture can interfere with the sensor's ability to accurately read your fingerprint;
2. When adding fingerprints, move your finger around and avoid pressing the same position repeatedly. This allows the sensor to capture a more comprehensive image of your fingerprint, improving the accuracy and reliability of the unlock feature;
3. Use official screen films, as unofficial films such as anti-peep or anti-blue light films can negatively affect the fingerprint unlock performance. You can remove the film to check if the problem persists.
If the fingerprint unlock issue is still not improved, please go to the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
