Why can’t the POCO F6 Pro recognize some USB flash drives or Type-C earphones?
If you find the POCO F6 Pro has some issues in recognizing the USB or Type-C interface devices, please turn on the OTG function and try again. Many devices require the OTG (On-The-Go) function to recognize and use USB peripherals like flash drives or earphones. OTG enables your device to act as a host and communicate with these peripherals directly.
To turn on the OTG function on your device, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open the [Settings] APP on your phone;
2. Navigate to [Additional settings];
3. Swipe down and tap the [OTG] option;
4. Turn on the [OTG] toggle.
Note:
The OTG feature will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
