If holding and pressing the function key doesn’t initiate pairing and the indicator doesn’t blink in white continuously, ensure that the earbuds have sufficient battery power. If the battery is low, charge the earbuds fully before attempting to pair them again.
If the problem persists, please refer to the following steps:
1. Close the lid of the charging case and wait for at least 5 seconds;
2. Open the lid and ensure the earbuds are properly seated in the case;
3. Remove the earbuds from the case and try pressing and holding the function key again to enter pairing mode;
4. If the indicator still doesn’t blink in white continuously, reset the earbuds and open it again after 5 seconds.
