The reasons that the earbuds do not automatically reconnect after opening the charging case lid are as follows:
1. The Bluetooth on the phone is not turned on;
2. The earbuds automatically reconnect to the last connected device by default. Your earbuds were not connected to this phone the last time;
3. The phone is too far away from the earbuds, exceeding the effective transmission distance (10m), or obstacles are blocking between the earbuds and the phone;
4. Due to the special nature of Bluetooth earbuds, electromagnetic waves in your area will interfere with Bluetooth connections;
5. The copper pillar at the bottom of the earbuds is dirty.
To solve these issues, please refer to the following methods:
1. Turn on Bluetooth on the mobile phone;
2. If it is not the last connected phone, please re-pair and connect;
3. Put the phone and earbuds together and reconnect them;
4. Please confirm if your earbuds are in an environment with strong interference and stay away from objects with significant electromagnetic interference such as microwave ovens;
5. Clean the copper pillar at the bottom of the earbuds and then pair them again.
If none of the above can solve the problem, remove the left and right earbuds from the charging case and wear them. At the same time, tap the touch area of the left and right earbuds three times to force pairing.
If the above troubleshooting methods cannot solve the problem, please try resetting to factory settings. Within 10 seconds, continuously tap the left and right earbuds touch areas five times (not in music or call mode), and you will hear a prompt sound to reset to factory settings.
