Why can the POCO X6 Pro be unlocked by someone else's fingerprint?
Thank you for your support of Xiaomi products. Please confirm whether face recognition and Bluetooth unlocking are enabled. When face recognition or Bluetooth recognition is successful (there will be a check mark on the top of the screen), you can enter the home screen by clicking the fingerprint area. This unlocking process is not fingerprint unlocking. Please turn off face recognition and Bluetooth unlocking, delete and re-enter the fingerprint and try again.
Note:
When using a scrapped SIM card, the security protection mechanism will be triggered. Under this mechanism, fingerprints, faces and other biometrics are not allowed. Please remove the abnormal SIM card and try again.
