For this issue, you can refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. Open the [Mi Home/Xiaomi Home] APP >> select [Xiaomi Smart Evaporative Humidifier] >> tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner >> check whether [Display] is turned off;
2. Check whether the humidifier is placed in a bright place, causing the brightness of the display to be blocked and mistakenly considered to be off;
3. Press and hold the Mode button for 7 seconds, reset the humidifier and check whether it is normal.
If the above methods are not effective, please apply to the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
