For this issue, you can refer to the following information:
1. Make sure the humidifier is properly connected to the power source and check that the power cord and plug are functioning properly;
2. It can be caused by slight air blockage. You can first cut off the power supply, remove the body vertically upwards, try to gently shake the water tank to expel the gas, then install the body and restart the humidifier;
3. The humidifier cannot humidify without a filter, please check whether the filter is installed.
