For this issue, you can refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. Confirm whether the Xiaomi Smart Evaporative Humidifier can be powered on and turned on normally and operate normally;
2. Confirm whether the Wi-Fi is connected and used normally;
3. Please unplug the power cord and wait for 10 seconds before powering on (the power needs to be discharged for a while), or try to reset the Wi-Fi of the humidifier and reconnect to Wi-Fi.
