What to do if there is no sound when using the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo to make calls or listen to music?

Please refer to the following information for checking the problem:
1. Check whether the volume of the mobile phone is adjusted too low. If the volume is normal, enter the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone and check whether the [Phone calls] and [Media audio] of the earphones are both turned on. If yes, please disconnect and reconnect;
2. Put the earphones into the charging case and press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the orange light flashes 3 times and the white light flashes slowly. Restart the phone and then connect again to see if there is any sound. If there is still no sound, connect to another phone to inspect. If the problem still exists, please apply for an after-sales inspection.
