What to do if the Bluetooth signal of the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo cannot be searched?
Please refer to the following steps to solve this problem:
1. Check whether the power of the charging case or earphones is insufficient. If the power of the earphones is normal, the green light will stay on for 8 seconds after the lid is opened;
2. Check whether the charging case or earphone contacts are dirty. Please wipe the contact points of the earphones and charging case carefully to ensure good contact;
3. If the power is sufficient but the signal still cannot be found, please reset the earphones and pair again. To reset, put the earphones into the charging case and press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the orange light flashes 3 times and then release. The white charging case light will flash slowly. After the reset operation, the earphones will enter pairing mode;
4. Try to restart your phone, change your phone, or change the usage environment before searching. If it still cannot be searched, please apply for an after-sales inspection.
