1. Replace the charging cable and charger to see if it can be charged. If it can be charged after replacement, the charging cable or charger is faulty;
2. Use the charging cable and charger to charge other devices to verify whether the charging cable and charger are normal. If they can charge other devices normally, please charge the charging case for half an hour and then observe.
If it still cannot be charged, please apply for after-sales inspection.

To ensure a good product experience, please charge in time when the power of the charging case is less than 10% to ensure the battery life of the earphones.
