What to do if the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo cannot be charged or turned on?
Please follow the steps below to check the problem:
1. Check whether the charging case has power. If the charging case has no power, charge the charging case first and then charge the earphones. After charging the earphones, try to turn them on again. If the earphones have not been used for a long time, they need to charge for a while before the indicator lights up;
2. Check whether the charging contacts of the earphones are dirty or damaged, clean the dirt and ensure that the charging contacts and charging pins are in good contact;
3. Try to reset the earphones. Put the earphones into the charging case and press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the orange light flashes 3 times. Then release. The charging case light will flash in white slowly. After the reset operation, the earphones will enter pairing mode.
