Why is there no response when touching the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo?
The lack of response to touching the stereo is due to the following reasons:
1. The touch area is at the position of the Xiaomi logo. There is no response if touching the wrong position. The touch function will not work in cold outdoor environments when your hands are dry;
2. When the earphones are not worn, to avoid accidental touches, there will be no effect when pressing the prompt area;
3. When the earphones are worn, there will be no response due to the incorrect touching of the prompt area;
4. The speed of continuous pressing is too slow. Please make sure to press 2 or 3 times in quick succession;
5. If your fingers are dirty or there is too much liquid, the pressing prompt area will become insensitive. Please keep the surface of your fingers and the prompt area of the earphones clean before pressing.
