Why is the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20+ noisy during cleaning?
To check the problem, please refer to the following information:
1. Check if the brush is tangled with debris, causing noise. Clean the brush to avoid damage;
2. The robot utilizes a stronger fan for better suction, which is a little noisier. Please choose the Silent mode if needed;
3. When operating on smooth tiles and wooden floors, the bottom brush of the main unit will produce a slight noise due to friction with the floor. When the main unit passes over seams between tiles and floors, it comes into contact with and cleans the gaps, which results in a slight clicking sound. These sounds do not affect the normal operation of the device.
