Why do the videos recorded on the microSD card have incoherence and incoordination between sound and picture in the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera Base Station?
The microSD card's speed is not fast enough to handle the video recording. High-definition video recording requires high write speeds, and if the card is too slow, it can cause sync issues between audio and video.
To check the problem, please refer to the following steps:
1. Restart the device to see if it can return to normal;
2. The microSD card must be powered off when the camera is plugged in and out. Frequent hot-swapping will cause the microSD card to perform poorly and cause abnormal problems in the recorded video;
3. If the reading rate of the microSD card is too low, it is recommended to use a U3 type SD card;
4. Replace the microSD card.
