Why cannot young pets under three months of age use the Xiaomi Smart Pet Food Feeder 2?
It is not recommended to use it for young pets under three months, mainly because the gastrointestinal tract of young pets is more sensitive and fragile, and it is difficult for small pets to eat. It is recommended to feed them under the supervision of the owner.
To avoid being wrongly touched by pets or children, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to [Mi Home/Xiaomi Home] APP;
2. Select [Xiaomi Smart Pet Food Feeder 2];
3. Tap [...];
4. Turn on [Child lock].
Note:
If you find that the button of the Xiaomi Smart Pet Food Feeder 2 cannot be used normally, please check if the [Child lock] is enabled in the APP. If it is enabled, please disable it and try again.
