Go to the [Mi Home/Xiaomi Home] APP >> select [Xiaomi Smart Doorbell 3S] >> tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner >> [Doorbell settings] >> [Device info].
The device status information is as follows:
1. Firmware version refers to the current firmware version of the doorbell;
2. Wi-Fi Name refers to the name of the Wi-Fi connected to the doorbell;
3. Wi-Fi signal strength refers to the Wi-Fi signal strength when last connected. If it is lower than 40%, it is recommended to adjust the router’s position or install a Wi-Fi signal amplifier to try to improve the Wi-Fi signal strength of the doorbell installation position;
4. IP address refers to the IP address assigned to the doorbell by the router;
5. MAC address refers to the MAC address of the doorbell.
