What are the installation methods for the Xiaomi Smart Doorbell 3S?
For your reference, there are two installation methods as below:
1. Double-sided tape installation:
It is suitable for surfaces made of smooth wood, metal and smooth ceramic tiles. Please clean the surface before installation, peel off the release liner from the double-sided tape and stick the mounting base on the selected location with the arrow pointing upwards. Then press it from top to bottom for 30 seconds until it is firmly adhered to the door or wall. Install the doorbell in the correct direction onto the mounting base;
2. Wall plugs installation:
Select a suitable installation location and drill holes with a diameter of approximately 6mm in line with the mounting base openings. Insert wall plugs into the openings. Fix the mounting base to the wall with the self-tapping screws. Install the doorbell in the correct direction onto the mounting base.
