What to do if one earbud of the Redmi Buds 6 Lite is silent or cannot be connected?
If one of the earbuds does not work normally, please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. It is recommended to reset the Redmi Buds 6 Lite. Place the earbuds in the charging case and press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the indicator on the charging case flashes 3 times. Release the button, restart the phone, and then connect it again to see if there is any sound;
2. Connect the earbuds with other phones to check if there is an issue with the phone;
3. If you confirm it is an issue with the earbuds and the reset is not effective, please apply for the after-sales inspection and repair.
