What to do if the Redmi Buds 6 Lite is silent when making calls or listening to music?
For this issue, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the volume of the phone is adjusted too low. If the volume is normal, enter the Bluetooth function of the phone and check if the Phone calls and Media audio of the earbuds are both turned on in the connected device. If they are already turned on, please disconnect and reconnect;
2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the indicator on the charging case flashes 3 times. Release the button, restart the phone, and then try connecting it again to see if there is any sound. If there is still no sound, connect to another phone to try;
3. If the above methods are not effective, please apply for the after-sales inspection and repair.
