For this issue, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether it is due to the low battery of the phone or the Redmi Buds 6 Lite, please fully charge them before observing;
2. If the distance between the phone and the earbuds, or between two earbuds, is too far or if there is an object blocking the signal (such as a wall), there will be problems with intermittent sound or noise. Bring the phone and earbuds closer, or bring the two earbuds closer, while avoiding signal blocking;
3. Check whether there is signal interference in the usage environment, and you can change to other environments and try again;
4. Reset the earbuds, delete the connection records of the phone and restart the phone before pairing it again. If there is still intermittent or noisy sound, replace the phone with another one for trying;
5. If the above methods are not effective, please apply for after-sales inspection and repair.
