What to do if the Redmi Buds 6 Lite cannot be connected back after being disconnected?

For this issue, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check if the Bluetooth on the phone is not turned on or it is not working properly. Turn off Bluetooth on the mobile and turn it back on, then connect earbuds and see if the connection is successful;
2. Check whether it is due to the phone being too far away from the earbuds, exceeding the effective connection distance (10 meters), or obstacles blocking the earbuds and the phone;
3. The earbuds automatically reconnect to the last connected device by default. It is possible that your earbuds were not connected to this phone the last time;
4. Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth earbuds, electromagnetic waves in your area will interfere with Bluetooth connections, causing the earbuds to fail to reconnect automatically;
5. Please reset the earbuds. Place the earbuds in the charging case and press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the indicator on the charging case flashes 3 times. Then release the button and use the device to search and connect to the earbuds again;
6. If the above methods are not effective, please apply for the after-sales inspection and repair.
