For this issue, you can refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. Try replacing the charging cable and adapter to see if it can be charged. If so after replacement, it is a fault with the charging cable or adapter;
2. Use a charging cable and adapter to charge other devices, confirm if the charging cable and adapter are working properly. If charging other devices, please charge the charging case for half an hour and observe again. If charging still fails, please apply for the after-sales inspection;
Note:
To ensure battery endurance, please charge the earbuds promptly when the battery level in the charging case drops below 10%.
