Why cannot the mobile phone find the Redmi Buds 6 Lite?

Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode when searching for Bluetooth earphones with your phone.
If the mobile phone cannot find the Redmi Buds 6 Lite, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the earbuds are fully charged (the charging case indicator should be solid). Open the charging case lid to press and hold the function key for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash continuously, indicating that the earbuds are in pairing mode. Try searching for the Redmi Buds 6 Lite on your phone to pair;
2. After the earbuds pairing timeout, the earbuds’ Bluetooth is no longer discoverable;
3. Place the earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and wait at least 5 seconds before reopening the lid. Then, press and hold the function key on the charging case for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode;
4. If the earbuds have been paired with another device, causing the current device to fail in pairing, please disconnect them from the other device first, and then try pairing again.
If the above steps do not work, try resetting the earbuds to factory settings. Place both earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, and press and hold the function key for 10 seconds. The indicator will flash and then turn white, meaning a successful reset and the earbuds have entered into pairing mode. After restoring the factory settings, please re-pair according to the above steps.
Note:
Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth earbuds, the electromagnetic waves in your area will interfere with the Bluetooth connection and affect the phone's search for the earbuds.
