Xiaomi Smart Band 8 supports sports recognition function and supports walking, running, cycling, skipping, elliptical machine, and rowing machine sports detection. When you are wearing the band and exercising without manually initiating the exercise, it will automatically recognize and remind you whether to start or ignore the exercise.
It takes a certain amount of time to detect the 6 modes of sports recognition. After the sports mode is recognized and you tap to confirm on the band, the sports data will be recorded.
