How to determine the effective standing of the Xiaomi Watch 2?

Any activity involving more than 200 steps per hour or more than 3 minutes of moderate-intensity activity is considered effective standing. Prolonged sitting poses health risks. It is recommended to achieve more than 12 instances of standing activity between 00:00 and 24:00 daily.
