27. Q: Why is there a difference in battery level and battery endurance between the left and right Redmi Buds 6 Lite?
A: The Redmi Buds 6 Lite is divided into master and slave roles during use, and the power consumption of the master and slave ears varies in different working states. The power consumption of the master ear is greater than that of the slave ear, and prolonged use can cause differences in battery display (the battery levels of the left and right earbuds are not consistent in the APP). Similarly, different battery endurance is a normal phenomenon.
In addition, the following scenarios need to be noted:
If you are accustomed to wearing one earbud and charging the other earbud in the case, it is easy to cause the left and right ear battery levels to be out of sync when both earbuds are used.
It is recommended to wear the left and right earbuds in the same way to confirm the difference in battery endurance between the left and right earbuds.

28. Q: Does the Redmi Buds 6 Lite support third-party software voice calling and voice input?
A: The usage varies depending on the system:

3. The mobile phone should be connected to Wi-Fi (not a mobile hotspot), because the quick connect function recognizes the headphone product and requires downloading earbuds motion data through Wi-Fi when using it for the first time. Not using hotspots is to avoid consuming a lot of mobile data traffic. After downloading Quick Connect resources through Wi-Fi for the first time, when using the same earbuds, it can still pop up normally without connecting to Wi-Fi;
4. Keep the earbud case and phone within 30cm of each other, slowly open and close the lid 3-5 times (do not open and close the lid quickly). The initial pop-up window will be the default image, and the animation effect will appear after a while on Wi-Fi network (the duration depends on the network speed).
Note:
If a pop-up error occurs, you can follow these steps:
Go to the [Settings] APP on the phone >> select [Bluetooth] >> [Additional settings] >> enable [Pair compatible devices];
Go to the [Settings] APP >> [Apps] >> [Manage apps] >> search for Bluetooth >> [Clear data] >> [Clear all data]. Open the Bluetooth and repeat the above fourth step.
32. Q: Why does the pop-up prompt "This is not your earbuds” appear?
A: 1. If the earbuds have been connected to other devices and a pop-up phone is supported, it will prompt "This is not your earbuds", which is a normal phenomenon.
There are two ways to connect earbuds at this time:
1. Put the earbuds into the case, open the lid, and follow the pop-up prompts on the phone to connect the phone to the device;
2. Reset the earbuds (place the earbuds in the charging case and press and hold the function key for 10 seconds until the white light on the case flashes 3 times. Release the key and the earbuds will enter the ready to connect state, allowing the new device to be connected).

33. Q: Does the pop-up image of the Redmi Buds 6 Lite not match?
A: The first pop-up window on Xiaomi phones is a diagram, which is the initial setting. The dynamic image needs to be automatically downloaded from the cloud (It is recommended to download in a better network environment),
Under normal circumstances, connecting the earbuds to the phone for the second time will switch to the animation effect.

34. Q: What situations can cause the Redmi Buds 6 Lite to disconnect or delay?
A: Due to the influence of usage environment, network, and mobile codec speed, there will be varying degrees of delay when transmitting mobile audio data to earbuds. The earbuds adopt true wireless Bluetooth technology, and there will be a certain delay in the process of audio transmission from the phone to the primary/secondary earbuds. But it will not affect the quality of music and calls. Whether it is the sound details during calls or the rich frequency bands in music, it can present them realistically.
If multiple routers or Bluetooth devices are used simultaneously around the Bluetooth earbuds, there will be varying degrees of interference, which can result in lagging, intermittent, and disconnected situations.

11. Q: What to do if the sound is intermittent or there is noise when using the Redmi Buds 6 Lite?
A: Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Due to low battery of the phone or earbuds, please fully charge them before observing;
2. If the distance between the phone and the earbuds, or between two earbuds, is too far or if there is an object blocking the signal (such as a wall), there will be problems with intermittent sound or noise. Bring the phone and earbuds closer, or bring the two earbuds closer, while avoiding signal blocking;
3. There is signal interference in the usage environment. You can try comparing whether this phenomenon exists in other usage environments;
4. Reset the earbuds, delete the connection history of the phone, restart the phone and pair it again. If there is still intermittent or noisy sound, replace the phone with another one for testing. If the problem still exists, conduct after-sales inspection.

12. Q: What to do if the sound of the Redmi Buds 6 Lite is low?
A: 1. When the Absolute volume is enabled on the phone, there is a probability that the volume of the earbuds cannot be increased. At this time, turn off the Absolute volume. If it still cannot be restored, you need to reconnect the phone.
(Go to [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> select [Redmi Buds 6 Lite] >> turn on [Absolute volume].)
2. It is recommended to switch to a different audio source to experience it.

13. Q: What to do if the Redmi Buds 6 Lite is silent when making phone calls or listening to music?
A: Please refer to the following steps to solve this problem:
1. Check whether the volume of the phone is adjusted too low. If the volume is normal, enter the Bluetooth function of the phone and check if the Phone calls and Media audio of the earbuds are both turned on in the connected device. If they are already turned on, disconnect and reconnect;
2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and press and hold the function key for 10 seconds until the white light on the charging case flashes 3 times. Release the key, restart the phone, and then try connecting it again to see if there is any sound. If there is still no sound, connect another phone to test. If the problem still persists, please apply for after-sales inspection.

14. Q: What to do if the charging case of the Redmi Buds 6 Lite cannot charge the earbuds?
A: Firstly, please ensure that the charging case has sufficient power, check if the charging case indicator is on with the switch lid, and then check if the contacts of the earbuds and the charging pins inside the charging case are dirty and in good contact. If the earbuds have run out of battery, the indicator will not light up at the beginning of charging
It is recommended to observe the indicator after charging for half an hour. If charging still cannot be completed, please apply for after-sales inspection.

15. Q: Why does the Redmi Buds 6 Lite not display battery level in the notification bar when connected to a phone?
A: The function of displaying battery level in the notification bar of mobile phones is not supported by all phones. If the phone does not support this function, the battery level cannot be displayed.

16. Q: Why does the Redmi Buds 6 Lite become silent while listening to music? How to recover?
A: During the use of earbuds, it is necessary to maintain binaural audio synchronization. When there is relatively more surrounding interference, the earbuds will experience a situation where the audio link cannot be synchronized, resulting in silence.
When there is a silent issue, you can try putting the earbuds back into the charging case and closing it. Wait for 60 seconds before opening the case and reconnecting to the phone. After reconnecting to Bluetooth, check whether the music has resumed playing.

17. Q: Why does the Redmi Buds 6 Lite make sound when connected to a phone, but not when listening to music?
A: Please refer to the following steps to solve this problem:
Go to [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> select [Redmi Buds 6 Lite] >> turn on [Media audio]. When this option is turned off, there will be no sound when listening to music or watching videos. In this case, you need to manually turn on this option.

18. Q: Why does the battery endurance of the Redmi Buds 6 Lite shorter than advertised?
A: The endurance of the battery varies significantly depending on usage habits.
The battery endurance data in the promotion corresponds to specific scenarios (Such as turning on/off the noise cancellation, music format, etc.).
The test data obtained from Xiaomi laboratory testing shows that in actual environments, there will be certain differences due to signal interference and electromagnetic interference, which is normal.

19. Q: Why is there no response when touching the touch control on the Redmi Buds 6 Lite?
A: Please refer to the following information for troubleshooting:
1. Please follow the instructions in the user manual to touch the position of the touch control;
2. Touching the area where the earbuds are not in place will also result in unresponsive touch. In outdoor with cold weather, touching earbuds will cause them to malfunction when hands become dry;
3. The function of pausing/playing music by touching the earbuds twice needs to be performed while in music mode. Please open the music playback software on your mobile phone before proceeding with the operation;
4. The speed of continuous touch is too slow. Please ensure that the operation of touching 2 or 3 times is completed quickly and continuously;
5. If the fingers are greasy or have too much liquid, causing the touch area to be insensitive, the surface of the fingers should be kept clean before pressing.
20. Q: What to do if one earbud of the Redmi Buds 6 Lite is silent or not connected?
A: Place the earbuds in the charging case and press and hold the function key for 10 seconds until the white light on the charging case flashes 3 times. Release the key, restart the phone, and then connect it again to see if there is any sound.
If there is still no sound, connect to another phone to inspect. If the problem still persists, please apply for the after-sales testing.
