What to do if the Bluetooth connection with the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) fails?

If the Bluetooth connection fails, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check whether Bluetooth is enabled on your phone;
2. Check the current version of the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP and update it to the latest;
3. When connecting the scooter to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, place your phone to the scooter as close as possible to make sure it is within the effective Bluetooth range;
4. Press and hold the power button to turn off the scooter until it powers down completely and then turn on it again.
