Resting heart rate, also known as quiet heart rate, refers to the number of heartbeats per minute in a state of wakefulness, inactivity and silence. The best time to measure resting heart rate is resting in the morning after natural wakefulness. The resting heart rate of an adult is usually between 50 and 100 beats. In the interval of per minute, the resting heart rate of professional athletes is usually between 40 and 60 beats/min.
Note:
Due to varying automatic measurement times, the resting heart rate will temporarily not display, or the measured values deviate from the actual values.
