How to install the Xiaomi Smart Camera C200?
The Xiaomi Smart Camera C200 has a variety of placement and installation methods. It can be placed on flat objects such as desks, dining tables, coffee tables, etc. It can also be fixedly installed on the wall.
To install the camera on the wall, please refer to the following steps:
1. Please use a drilling tool to make two larger holes on the wall according to the hole spacing of the base. It is recommended to mark the wall with a pencil before drilling. The drill hole diameter is approximately 6mm and the hole depth is approximately 30mm;
2. Insert two plastic expansion nuts into the drilled holes;
3. Place the base with the arrow-marked side upward, align the holes in the base with the holes in the wall, insert the screws through the holes in the base, and use a Phillips screwdriver to screw into the expansion nuts on the wall;
4. Align the groove on the bottom of the camera with the raised part on the base. After installing the buckle, turn it clockwise until it locks in place.
Note:
1. The installation wall needs to be able to withstand at least 3 times the total weight of the camera;
2. To prevent injury, the device must be firmly fixed to the floor/wall as specified in the installation instructions;
3. After choosing to flip down the device, you need to set the screen rotation in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
4. It is not recommended to install it outdoors for use. Because the Xiaomi Smart Camera C200 is an indoor camera and is not waterproof. If it is placed outdoors, please make sure it will not get exposed to rain. If water enters the device on rainy days, the camera will be damaged.
