What to do if the Xiaomi Buds 5 is disconnected from the phone?

If there are multiple routers or Bluetooth devices around the earbuds and they are used at the same time, there will be different degrees of interference, so the earbuds will be stuck, intermittent, or disconnected from the phone.
The possible reasons for the disconnection are as follows:
1. The earbuds have low battery or out of power;
2. The phone is far away from the earbuds, exceeding the effective transmission distance (about 10m), or there are obstacles between the earbuds and the phone;
3. Due to the particularity of Bluetooth earbuds, electromagnetic waves in the area will interfere with the Bluetooth connections.
To solve the disconnection issues, please refer to the following steps:
1. Please charge the earbuds and make sure they are fully charged;
2. Put the earbuds and the phone together, not exceeding the effective transmission distance (about 10m), and reconnect;
3. Please confirm whether your earbuds are in an environment with strong interference, and keep away from microwave ovens, surveillance cameras and other objects with strong electromagnetic interference. If you are in a strong interference environment, it is recommended to try in an open space or a normal indoor environment;
4. If none of the above works, put the earbuds in the charging case, close the lid for 5s, and reconnect;
5. If the issue still cannot be solved, please try to restore the earbuds to factory settings. Put the earbuds into the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the function button for 10s until the orange light flashes three times. After restoring the factory settings, please re-pair the devices.
