2. Please check if your information on the profile page of the APP is correct such as gender, birthday, and height. At present, the fat measurement algorithms currently support an age range of 6 to 80 years, a height range of 90 to 220cm, and a weight range of 20 to 150kg;
3. Please confirm if you are weighing barefoot with your feet separated and in full contact with the electrode;
4. Please ensure that the measurement process does not involve pre-weighing;
5. During the measurement process, do not move the feet.
Note:
The weather in the autumn and winter is cold and dry, which will lead to poor electrode contact and measurement failure. It is recommended to use a damp towel to lightly wipe and wet the soles of your feet before trying again.
