The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite (2nd Gen) has an electronic brake with a power recovery feature. This feature recovers energy lost during braking and returns it to the battery, improving braking efficiency and increasing endurance mileage. When the accelerator is released, the speed decreases sharply and the recovered power is stored in the battery.
To adjust the energy recovery intensity of the scooter, please refer to the following steps:
1. Turn on the scooter, open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP and go to [Mi Home];
2. Select the device card;
3. Wait for a few seconds until the scooter pairs up with your Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
4. Tap the three-dot icon at the upper-right corner;
5. Go to [Energy recovery intensity];
6. You can select [Low], [Medium] or [High].
