1. Make sure that the map has been saved successfully (The regional page has partition icons and the regional functions can be used normally;
2. Turn off the power switch, restart the device, and then manually place the device to charge and try to restore the map. You can change the location of the charging base and re-create the map if restoring the map fails.
Please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Place the charging base correctly against the wall (make sure to leave 0.5m left and right of the charging base and no obstacles 1.5m in front);
2. During the working process of the robot vacuum, do not move it at will or provide human help to the robot vacuum;
3. If the home environment has strong direct light, mirror reflection, etc., it will lead to chaotic construction;
Note:
It is recommended to draw the curtains or change the time to create a map if there is direct exposure to strong light;
It is recommended to cover the bottom 15cm if there is a mirror reflection in the house.
4. You can reset it in the map function, and the map will be rebuilt during the next cleaning process;
5. Check whether there is dirt on the side of the navigation scanning component and wipe it with a clean rag or paper towel.
