What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20 cannot be turned on?
To turn on your Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Once you've done that, the device should power on, and its indicator should light up to indicate that it is ready for cleaning.
If the robot vacuum cannot be turned on, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure that the Power button on the robot vacuum is clean;
2. The battery of the device is low. Please charge it on the Charging Dock before using it;
3. The robot vacuum will turn off automatically if the ambient temperature is too low (Below 0℃) or too high (Above 40℃), please use it in an environment of 0-40℃;
4. Check if there are any damages or signs of wear on the power cable;
5. Inspect the robot vacuum for any obstructions or blockages that can prevent it from turning on or operating correctly. Clear any debris or foreign objects from the robot vacuum's wheels, brushes, and sensors;
6. Reset the vacuum to its factory settings. Once the vacuum has reset, you need to set it up again using the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP.
