2. Since some mobile phones have built-in NFC modules, if the watch is too close to the mobile phone, the NFC writing channel of the watch will be occupied and cause failure. It is recommended to turn off the NFC function of the mobile phone or move the watch more than 10CM away from the mobile phone;
3. Restart the Bluetooth and then try it again;
4. Terminate the phone process, make sure the connection between the watch and the phone is normal, and try after recharging in the [Mi Fitness] APP;
5. Check whether the [Mi Fitness] APP is the latest version, update the APP and firmware versions to the latest versions and try again.
