The blood oxygen saturation can not be measured during exercise.
The reasons are as follows:
1. During exercise, the exercise interface will occupy the current main screen interface and cannot open the blood oxygen measurement interface;
2. Not meeting the following blood oxygen measurement conditions during exercise:
(1). Wear the band one finger away from the wrist bone (ulnar protrusion);
(2). Wear the band tightly, with a slight sense of urgency. It is better for the band not to move when shaking the wrist;
(3). Extend the forearm and open the elbow joint to avoid blood vessels being compressed, which will cause poor blood flow and unreliable measurement values;
(4). Place your arm on a stable place such as a desktop for measurement, with the band screen facing upwards, to avoid shaking to make signals unstable.
