The band supports sleep monitoring, which can record long sleep and sporadic naps, both of which are 24-hour monitoring. After wearing the band to sleep, the band can automatically recognize the sleep status through the built-in sensor.
Sleep duration greater than or equal to 3 hours will be recorded as long sleep. Sleep duration less than 3 hours will be recorded as sporadic naps (sleep less than 20 minutes will not be recorded).
The band supports 24-hour advanced monitoring for sleep. When turned on this function, the band tracks the distribution of the REM sleep. However, its battery life will be severely reduced. Sleep data can be viewed on both the band and APP.
To view sleep records, please refer to the following method:
Support to view the sleep records in the band. After synchronizing the data between the band and the phone, you can tap [Sleep] in the APP to view the historical sleep data (including day, week, month, year), sleep duration (including total sleep time, awake time, light sleep time, deep sleep time), and the sleep stages of each time point in the sleep time period. The REM sleep is recorded only when assisted sleep monitoring is enabled.
Note:
When the band is in a relatively quiet state and shows a movement similar to sleep, the sensor will judge it as a sleep state, resulting in an error in the time of falling asleep. If you are watching TV, lying in bed and playing with a cell phone, or reading a book, the band not will record sleep accurately, as the movement amplitude and frequency in the above scenarios are relatively small and similar to that of sleep.
