For your reference, please check the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please confirm whether the [App notifications] option in the Mi Fitness APP is turned on. If it is turned off, the band cannot receive APP notifications;
2. Please confirm whether the Mi Fitness APP has enough permissions, including the permission to get APP notifications and the permission to run in the background. Please make sure the Mi Fitness APP can push APP notifications to the band in the background;
3. Please check whether the following option is enabled on the band: enter the main interface of the band >> go to [Settings] >> [App notifications] >> [Notify only when worn];
4. Please check whether the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled both on the band and the mobile phone;
5. Please check whether the sleep mode is enabled on the band, and whether the band enters the sleep mode;
6. For the iOS phones, please confirm whether the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the band is normal.
(1). If they can't connect, please ignore the band in the Bluetooth setting interface of the phone and enter the Mi Fitness APP to rebind the band;
(2). If they are already connected, please tap the band name in the Bluetooth settings interface of the phone to enter the details page, and check whether the options regarding sharing system notifications are turned on.
