Why can't the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 receive incoming call notifications?

Please make sure the Mi Fitness APP has enough permissions, including the permission to get incoming calls and the permission to run in the background. Please make sure the Mi Fitness APP can push incoming calls to the band in the background.
Please confirm whether the band is in the following modes:
1. Whether the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled;
2. Whether the Do Not Disturb synchronization is enabled and the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled on the cell phone;
3. Whether the sleep mode is enabled.
Any one of the above states will make the APP notification of the not alerted.
