What to do if the memory card of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C300 is abnormal?
For your reference, please check the following steps:
1. Please make sure that the camera has installed a memory card that meets the requirements. A camera without a memory card cannot store video and view history videos;
2. Please try to replace the memory card;
3. If the memory card does not record, or the memory card cannot delete files automatically, you can format the memory card in the plugin;
4. If you can't format the memory card in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, you can format the memory card on your computer through a card reader. After formatting is completed, please turn off the camera power and re-insert the memory card.
Note:
The files in the memory card will be deleted after formatting.
