1. Check whether the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP version and phone system version are the latest;
2. Make sure that the protective film of the camera lens has been torn off. When scanning the code, you need to pay attention to the phone and the camera to keep about 15cm, do not be too close or too far;
3. Confirm whether the difference between the brightness of the surrounding environment and the brightness of the phone is large. If the difference is large, it will not be able to recognize the QR code, you can adjust the brightness of the phone or change the location of the camera;
4. Check whether the Wi-Fi password is too long, please shorten the WiFi password to under 20 digits;
5. Replace the phone and try again;
6. The QR code scanning interface will remain unchanged when the network environment is not good, please try to change the network environment;
7. If you still can't scan the code, you need to reset the camera and restart it again.
