6. Confirm if the protective films on the charging dock or the device's back cover need to be removed;
7. Ensure the charging cable is inserted correctly into both the device and the power source. Try inserting and reinserting a few times, ensuring a snug fit without force to avoid poor contact;
8. Check if the charging adapter is functioning properly. Try using a different adapter to connect the charging cable and charge the device. Ensure the USB port is providing power;
9. If available, try using another charging cable (or one from the same device model) to see if that helps;
